A Day in the Life of Physics' Man in Constant Motion
Twenty-four years after completing his Ph.D. in nuclear and particle physics at UVA, Department of Physics lecture demonstrator Al Tobias maintains a constant presence in the Physics Building. Even during summer session, Tobias can be found in his Demo lab early in the morning, gathering bowling balls, propane torches and other equipment to set up classroom demonstrations and assist faculty with classroom support. Watch a typical morning for Tobias as he prepares for a busy day of classroom instruction and recording.
